Feeling stressing, anxious, and overwhelmed? How about exhausted or burnt out? We want to help! We will be starting a virtual group therapy that will focus on CBT for Stress Management. Learn what you can do to regain your balance and feel positive and hopeful again.
The group therapy is open to individuals living in Ontario, Canada. Groups are limited to a maximum of 6 participants.
