Dr. Sophia Roth

Ph.D., C.Psych.

(they/them)


Sophia Roth, Ph.D., C.Psych. is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. They completed their Ph.D. at McMaster University, Hamilton, and their Pre-Doctoral Residency in Post-Secondary Mental Health with the London Clinical Psychology Residency Consortium and Western University in London, Ontario. 


Sophia enjoys working with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, shame, relationship issues, and issues related to identity. They have a particular interest in working with transition-aged adults (e.g., 17-29) and with all individuals looking to gain a better understanding of themselves within their social context. Sophia practices primarily from a CBT orientation while incorporating elements of Emotion Focused Therapy, insight- and attachment-based therapies, and short-term psychodynamic principals into their work with clients.
