Dr. David Grant

Ph.D., C. Psych

Dr. David Grant received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his clinical internship and post-doctoral training in the Anxiety Disorders Clinic and CBT (Depression) Clinic at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, Ontario. At HCCBT, he provides Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and alcohol- and substance-related issues. His specific clinical interests include the areas of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and concurrent disorders. 


Dr. Grant is a staff psychologist at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton and an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University.  He is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, the Canadian Psychological Association, and the Ontario Psychological Association.
